An Unexpected Expense – An Update

By Matt - Sunday, November 5th, 2006

As it turns out the car needed some repairs on the suspension. I could have delayed this repair but I didn’t know how long it would last. I did delay a few other minor repairs they were mentioning because they really weren’t necessary. So all told the car repairs set me back just over $1,000 which is a lot more than I was expecting. Unfortunately because I wasn’t expecting to pay out this much it all went onto the credit card. Now it’s time to go into crunch mode to get it paid down again. I was so happy because I was finally making some headway on the debt only to have to splash money back out again.
