This would be true, if you weren&#039;t carrying credit card debt.
Check back on your posted budgets for 2009 - of the 3 that seem to be completed eg comparing spend to budget, 2 are over budget.  You mis-interpreted my last comment; I targeted one line item for brevity...but you consistently go over budget overall.
Several weeks ago you posted that carrying debt is affecting your self-esteem.  Seems to me the fluidity in your budgeting is merely a bromide that keeps you debt bound.
